YoYoEverything stays on your device.
YoYo has no accounts, no servers and no analytics. This page explains what the app touches, why, and what never happens.
The short version. YoYo does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal information. Your athlete names, test results and heart rate data are stored only on your iPhone and, for heart rate, in Apple Health on your Apple Watch. Stacksy never sees them.
Who we are
YoYo is made by Stacksy, a software studio in Perth, Western Australia. You can reach us at contact@stacksy.com.au. We are the "we" in this policy.
What the app stores, and where

None of this is sent to Stacksy or to anyone else. There is no sign-in, no cloud backup run by us, and no identifier that ties the data to you. If you delete the app, the athlete names, results and settings are deleted with it. Workouts already written to Apple Health remain in Health until you remove them there.
Apple Health data
The Apple Watch app asks for permission to read heart rate and to write workouts. You can decline either, and the app still runs the test; it simply records no heart rate.
We follow Apple's rules for Health data:
- Health data is used only to show heart rate during the test and to save it with the result.
- Health data is never used for advertising, marketing or any similar purpose.
- Health data is never sold, and never disclosed to third parties, data brokers or information resellers.
- Health data is never stored in iCloud by us. The watch passes heart rate to your paired iPhone over Apple's own device-to-device connection and nowhere else.
You can review or revoke the app's Health permissions at any time in the Health app under Sharing, Apps and Services.
What we do not do
- We do not collect analytics, crash reports or usage statistics.
- We do not use advertising, tracking or third-party software development kits.
- We do not access your contacts, location, photos, microphone or camera.
- We do not create a profile of you or link data across apps or websites.
The app's privacy manifest, which Apple reviews, declares the same: no tracking and no collected data types.
Sharing results is your choice
The result screen has "Copy" and "Share" buttons. If you use them, the app hands a plain-text table of the results to the clipboard or to the iOS share sheet, and from there to whatever app you choose, such as Mail, Messages or a spreadsheet. That happens only when you tap the button, and what you send and to whom is up to you.
Children
YoYo is rated 4+ on the App Store because it contains nothing objectionable, but it is a tool for coaches, teachers and sports scientists. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Athlete names entered by a coach stay on the coach's phone.
This website
yoyo.hockey is a static website. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability, which are kept for a limited period and not used to identify you.
Australian privacy law
Stacksy handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), whether or not we are legally required to. Because YoYo keeps nothing about you, there is nothing for us to give access to, correct or delete. If you believe we hold information about you, or you have a complaint, email contact@stacksy.com.au and we will respond within 30 days. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of YoYo adds a feature that sends data off the device, for example syncing results between a coach's devices, we will update this policy before that version ships, describe exactly what is sent and where, and ask for your consent in the app. The current version of this policy is always at yoyo.hockey/privacy.html, and the effective date at the top tells you when it last changed.
